Judge / Tutor

Joy worked as a teacher, and ultimately an administrator in the public school system (both U.S. and U.K.) over two decades.

Joy Cowan now offers private art instruction for children and adults. She also judges local and regional art competitions.

Joy is a certified VASE (Visual Arts Scholastic Event) Juror of Secondary School students, for the State of Texas.

Joy also instructs adult students in workshops.
